Ne, pane Blanne, jedná se o projekt v češtině, tak jak jsem to i česky napsala, a v četině u HIPa znamená projekt projektovou dokumentaci čili v anličtině "design", design documents, etc. HIp rozhodně není odpovědný za stavbu, pouze a jedině za plány, podle kterých se staví.

: vymyslels to správně, takže nebudu parazitovat se svou odpovědí, ale Main vřele doporučuju nahradit "Chief"

I think that Chief Project Engineer or simply Chief Enginer is better. Maybe Head Project Engineer is also applicable.
