Aplikační prostředí + agendové aplikace Personally, I think these are literal translations from "application environment" and "agenda application". The question is whether they are being used the same way they would be used in English. To me, an agenda application is an application that helps me manage my agenda. I'm not sure if "agenda application" is a good expression for software "on the agenda". If you're certain that this is the meaning of the phrase in this context, then translation based on the meaning rather than the words should be preferred (unless "agenda application" is used in other documents that can't be changed, in which case you might want to clarify this in your translation).

As for "aplikační prostředí", I think "application environment" is the correct translation. It could refer to the operating system--an operating system is a kind of application environment after all--but I would not translate it as "operating system" becase "operating system" is a more specific term.
