I can't see the connection either, as indicated by Marek, which is why I asked this question. For some more context, here is an extract where the sentence comes from:

I am sorry, but this doesn´t seem to give any sense (to me).
Partnerský vzkaz = might be e.g. partnership message
titulky = subtitles
generální partner = general (business/trading...) partner
I don´t see any connection between (1) partnerský vztah and (2) titulky and (3) generální partner).
Probably more context would help.

Then I would suggest to write it as follows:
Partnership message - subtitles - general partner
as sometimes it may happen there is a mistake in the source text and we are not able to find out what the author meant.
