Portuguese term
acerco anexo
Portuguese to English
Law/Patents
Law (general)
The term appears twice in a Brazilian Portuguese "Escritura pública de divórcio" both times between brackets after 1st Subdistrict like this;
My guess is it means something like "and surrounding area"
Any ideas?

Also a guess, but it sounds more like it. It seems they attached the mentioned "certidão" to the process. That would make more sense.
Discussion
Encontrei uma ocorrência em espanhol. Parece que esse "acerco" equivale a "apenso".
"□ pertenece al grupo de empresas .......................... (Acerco anexo con la
relación de las empresas pertenecientes al grupo)."
I was thinking it may be a typo for "Acervo Anexo" (the c and v are next to each other) and there are lots of cartorio related hits for that... Annexed Collection? hmmm
I don't think it can mean 'certificate attached' because it's followed by MG. This is part of the description of the registry office, which is in Minas Gerais.
