، كذلك قام بعض الدائنين سابقاً برفع دعاوى قضائية على الشركة واكتسبت صفة أحكام نهائية واجبة التنفيذ والبعض منهم لم يتقدم بمطالبته لدى أمين إعادة التنظيم المالي ولم تدرج تلك القضايا ضمن قائمة المطالبات وبلغ عددها 7 قضايا بإجمالي مبلغ 2,481,147 ريال سعودي ومع مراعاة تكوين مخصصات لها، وكذلك بلغت إجمالي المطالبات المرفوضة من قبل أمين إعادة إجراء التنظيم المالي للشركة مبلغ 23,877,526 ريال سعودي، وعلى أثر بعض الأحكام النهائية واجبة التنفيذ قامت محكمة التنفيذ بسحب بعض المبالغ من الحسابات البنكية للشركة لحساب المحكمة بلغت 4,211,851 ريال سعودي مدرجة ضمن بند الارصدة المدينة الأخرى.
