I am looking for the translation of this exact sentence, which seems to be a ready-made sentence for wills in Scotland in particular. I understand the meaning but I have difficulties to find a satisfactory translation.
"My Executors shall have the fullest powers of retention, realisation, investment, appropriation, transfer of property without realisation, and management of my estate as if they were absolute beneficial owners"

En réponse à votre commentaire, Hélène, la combinaison de ma réponse et de celle de Martina semble intéressante. Réaliser (céder) un bien ou en transférer la propriété sans la réaliser (céder).

Selon mes recherches en anglais et en français, j’ai compris qu’il s’agit d’un aspect de droit immobilier spécifique à l’Ecosse. Et que cela revient au « transfert de titre de propriété » dans le contexte de la « préparation d’ne succession/héritage »

JA: Have they talked to a lawyer about this? What country do they live in? If different, what country does this legal question relate to?

JA: What steps have been taken so far?
Customer: none, just need to understand the terms as part of a trust deed.....our trustees shall have the fullest powers to retain, realise, invest, purchase, lease or hire and transfer property without realisation
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: our parents house was put into trust, one Trustee is now retired (he was a lawyer at the law firm who wrote the Trust Deed) and the other is my sister. Both my parents and my aunt left their respective homes to my and my sister to share 50/50. I want to keep our parents home and give the proceeds of my aunt's house to my sister as the homes are similar in value..........the one Trustee who is an ex-lawyer is insisting both my sister and I have separate representation to put our parents house in my name. I am advised this is not necessary and over kill...........

Thanks for your question. To transfer property without realisation is to transfer it without receiving a price. Whilst I understand the concern that the ex lawyer trustee has here there would appear to be no conflict of interest nor any potential conflict of interest and a written instruction is all that should be needed rather than separate legal advice.
