mandate
What's the meaning of deducida in this context?
(Deducida, not deducido, referring to the mandataria, I suppose)

First, see OCR error explanation in discussion box. Then,
--> +/-
withdraw/abandon claims/actions introduced/brought in courts of first instance
In this context, a translation of deducida can probably be omitted since it's clear (in English...) that the mandatario can only withdraw actions/claims made on behalf of his mandante.

Spanish term (edited):
acción (;) deducida
action (;) brought
action filed, West.
desistirse de : coll. 'abandon' or 'drop'; withdraw (from), West. Synonyms in English law: terminate, discontinue and waive, though meaning slightly different things. Cut to bulky manuals and textbooks on civil litigation and practic/se as well as G/hits.
PS the wrong punctuation has to be included if the translation is meant for 'notarisation', namely notarial attestation or certification as being 'true and faithful to the original'. Our inhouse Notaries in London insisted on inclusion of the errors / clangers.
