t is expressly and unconditionally acknowledged and agreed by the parties that this agreement does not create any relationship of dependency between them, that the Franchisor and the Franchisee are and will continue to be independent undertakings and that nothing in this Agreement establishes, nor it can be considered to be establishing, a relationship between a commercial agency, a mandate, direct or indirect power of attorney, society, company, brokerage, employment, project and in general any relationship other than that created by a franchise agreement.
