Expediente Único de Ejecución

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Legal
Después de una revisión al Expediente Único de Ejecución integrado en este Centro Federal no se registra proceso pendiente o antecedente Penal instruído en contra del sentenciado XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

I think Expediente Único de Ejecución is "Unique Record of Execution" or "Unique File of Execution", but I need some suggestions...

"Unique Record of Execution" No!!! I very much doubt whether this is about executing people

unique record of criminal enforcement

This Mexican Senate website has an entry in it's 'Gaceta del Senado' that has a synopsis of proposed changes to the penal code published in both Spanish and English (see red wording that allows drop downs in the lower part of the webpage)

https://www.senado.gob.mx/64/gaceta_del_senado/documento/623...

"Ver Sinopsis :
...La Autoridad Penitenciaria deberá mantener también un expediente médico y un expediente único de ejecución penal para cada persona que ingrese al sistema penitenciario."

"Synopsis in English:
...The Prison Authority shall also maintain a medical record and a unique record of criminal enforcement for each person entering the prison system."

A person's 'Expediente Único de Ejecución' "contains accurate and updated information on their personal and legal situation". The types of information it contains is listed on page 111 (or 106 of 158) of this United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime document. As well as the sentence, it includes biometric identifiers, transfers between custodial facilities, information on dependents, etc..

agree AllegroTrans : I think you could say "sentence" for "criminal enforcement"; why on earth Adrian is rambling on about Scots diligence dumbfounds me....

Thanks AllegroTrans. The record is more than just the sentence - I'll add a note in the answer to explain
agree Adrian MM. : That's how the site translation reads, albeit with no scope for substituting a Scots civil-type 'diligence' for enforcement.

Consolidated Criminal Record

I find the capitalization meaningful. I think they are referring to a record in some kind of comprehensive, centralized system.

Single file due to execution

Literal translation, that way there cannot be a confusion in the meaning of the expression.
Peer comment(s):

disagree AllegroTrans : After the prisoner has been executed?? No confusion??!!!
