Более широкий контекст In the rabbit study three treatment related deaths (animals were killed in extremis) occurred amongst the dams (one in the 5 mg/kg and two in the 10 mg/kg group). Necropsy of the 5 mg/kg female failed to reveal any significant findings whereas the necropsy findings of the two females receiving 10 mg/kg were consistent with loss of condition. Further evidence of maternal toxicity included dose related reduction of fetal output in all treated groups, a dose related reduction in body weight at 5 and 10 mg/kg/day groups, a dose related reduction in food intake in all treated groups during all or part of the dosing period, concomitant with decreased water intake in females receiving 5 and 10 mg/kg/day. In contrast, the food intake of high dose females increased (p<0.01) during the latter part of the post dosing period. At necropsy pathological changes in the gastrointestinal tract, possibly related to treatment, were observed in two females from each of the 2.5 and 10 mg/kg/day groups.

Тут явно опечатка: должно быть "fecal output".

Вот тут посмотрите похожее исследование:

Там авторы тоже делают опечатку и пишут "fetal output", когда говорят о кале, при хотя в других местах пишут правильно = "fecal output":
