Additionally, the Delivery Inspection shall be accomplished in accordance with Manufacturer specifications and limits and shall include (but not be limited to): (i) following the maximum power assurance runs and acceptance flight, a complete video borescope inspection, performed by Lessor or Lessor’s representative and observed by the Lessee, of all stages and hardware of each Engine, including but not limited to inspection of all accessible blades and vanes and a complete 360 degree inspection of the combustor and LPT stage one nozzle segments, (ii) Engine chip detector and Engine oil and fuel filter checks, (iii) Engine external inspections including nacelle structures and thrust reversers and (iv) all other inspections reasonably determined by Lessee to be necessary to confirm conformance with the Delivery Conditions.
