English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Upon an Exit prior to the end of a period ending 5 (five) years from Completion, the Investor shall procure that a third party purchaser commits to each of (i) the Covenants and (ii) the Foundation’s right to nominate the SB Member for the remaining period until the fifth anniversary of Completion.
