: Certainement pas. Il y a une grosse différence entre "transférer à" et "transférer entre". Dans une fiducie testamentaire, les fiduciaires agissent collégialement; ce n'est pas "je prends ceci et tu prends cela".

Je dirais tout simplement "Les actions au nom des fiduciaires du testament d'un membre décédé peuvent être transférées lors d'un changement de fiduciaire aux fiduciaires..."
Je ne rajouterais pas "nouveaux" ou "autres" car cela changerait le sens de la phrase.

Discussion
So, all it means is that, if there is a change of trustees of the will, the shares may be transferred from the names of the former trustees to the names of the current trustees (i.e. the people who are trustees "for the time being").
