Unprocessed cases during 2010-2015 comprised those terminated or subject to the SOE moratorium or to the statute of limitations. The figures show the share of such cases at the end of each year. The share of terminated cases in total end-year unprocessed cases trended downwards during 2010-2015. The share of cases terminated due to bankruptcy being initiated grew from X percent to Y percent of all terminations. Both terminated cases and statute of limitation cases peaked at Z percent of end-year unprocessed caseload, the former in 2008 and the latter in 2014.
