: your explanation has nothing to do with ONE mortgage nor ONE operation being "liquidated"/not enough context to be sure what IS the right meaning, but this one is certainly NOT.

Without knowing what's before, and what exactly this whole contract is about don't expect anything reliable as proposed translation - your ST sounds more like a "revolving credit", definitely NOT like your typical mortgage;
I can't find any "revolving mortgage" being offered by any Belgian bank - only plain old fashioned mortgages that you have to keep repaying - where what you owe always slowly goes down nothing "revolving" in them.
Your ST being about money, guessing is definitely not a good idea.
I am inclined to think it's more "making a loan payment -
