So I understand that the transaction is subject to ITP but not AJD. And I'm looking for help in distinguishing the difference between ITP (Impuesto sobre Transmisiones Patrimoniales - which I am translating as Property Transfer Tax) and AJD (Actos Jurídicos Documentados - which I am currently translating as Legal Documented Acts, but which I feel is wrong, and wonder if it is actually Stamp Duty).
But I'm really not sure, so any help much appreciated!
