I could go with Barend's option, too. Just wonder if undilated is always slender, or could a ventricular system also be undilated and rather wide, if that is the right antanym here. I mean, are ventricular systems always slender or is there soms degree of natural variance? Barend, you are the expert on this. Do you know?
