I'm not sure how this is worded in government-speak, does anyone have any experience of this? Is it simply "future periods"? But then I don't see how it could be "repuestos...con vigencias futuras", I suppose it would have to be "over future periods" in that instance.
I'll be grateful for any help.

| Thanks, Adrian, that does make sense. The way I'm interpreting it is that there is a budget approved for two periods, 2015 and 2016, although only certain amounts are available in each period. Does that make sense in terms of procurement? Might they in fact mean something like "tranches"? |
