There are very few hits for the terms "pharmacobiological chemist," biopharmaceutical chemist" and "chemical pharmacobiologist," and since there are five on the staff in this (very small) hospital alone, I assume it must be rather a commonly held position/title.

There seem to be more examples of this than of other permutations, and it would seem to cover the bases, but I can't claim to know whether there is a difference between a bioquímico farmacéutico and a químico farmacobiólogo. I suppose in principle it's a question of whether you're essentially a chemist or a biochemist.
