WHAT IS A SHORT FORM ORDER
A "shot form order" omits the formal recitals typically found in an "order". An order would recite all of the previous proceedings. However a "short form order" is typically limited to the facts and findings of the question at hand.

A Short form order was issued on March 19th 2013, after pretrial conference, New York County Matrimonial division, giving my ex exclusive use of the marital residence, a rental property with a lease signed during the course of the marriage, and in the names of both parties. I believe the facts presented to the court granting this order were in error, and presented incorrectly or misrepresented. The facts the judge stated in granting his decision can clearly be shown as incorrect.
