مادة – 32 –
1- كل إحضارية تصدرها محكمة أو قاض طبقا لهذا القانون يجب أن تحرر من نسختين وتوقع أو تختم من المحكمة أو القاضي بالنيابة عنهما.
2- تبلغ الإحضارية بواسطة شرطي أو ناطور عمومي أو أي موظف في المحكمة التي تصدرها أو أي موظف آخر مخول بموجب أي قانون معمول به في حينه بتبليغ الإحضاريات.
Article 32
1 - Every summons issued by a Court or judge under this Act must be made out
in duplicate and signed or stamped by or on behalf of the Court or
judge.
2 - Summonses shall be served through a police officer or public warden or
any functionary at the issuing Court or any other functionary
authorised under any law in force at the time to serve summonses
