This term appears immediately after the date on the same line as the date.

Have been told that it doesn't need to be translated, but no idea what it is a reference to. Thanks in any case for your assistance.

initial's the person's initials are CM, and the department is simply Staatsanwaltschaft

This could simply be the initials of the person or the department.
