lid - bottle stopper
It literally means a "(cork) lid" or "bottle stopper". It can be puzzling to figure it out by those who don't understand the Egyptian slang.
The person using it wanted the other party to shut-up and end the argument. I based my understanding on what I found on this link http://forum.sonsofegypt.net/t10252.html. I assume this is the source text and that the asker could not explain the context.
He is simply making fun of the other reader by saying "End of the story (the process). Or shall I use another (bottle stopper) to shut it up [for you]".
Sorry I cannot use a more explicit language to clarify the meaning.

The word is pronounced as فِلّة with a kassra on the first letter and shadda on the second.

Comment: "Thank you for your help. It's also common in English to tell someone to "Put a cork in it," so this makes perfect sense."
