Spanish term
ordenación singular

Terminology
I've been looking for this for a while and I find many examples of usage but nothing that defines it. It seems to be a specific term based on some kind of legislation. The place is Spain; the field is urban development and zoning regulations. This is very likely a zoning classification. The source text reads as follows:
Área de Ordenación Singular en el casco urbano de Estesitio.
Como dicen en este rinconcito del mundo: ¡Gracias por adelantado!

I don't think there's an equivalent outside Spain, so the best is probably to translate it as-is.
