Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
I have this as "asset", but I really don't like it...
Together with a risk assessment document for the completion of work on client premises, the provider must provide:
"una dichiarazione del Fornitore da cui risulti la nomina, per ciascun cespite, ove le prestazioni oggetto del contratto dovranno essere svolte, del “Responsabile delle opere (o dei servizi)" e dell’ “Eventuale sostituto” ai fini della sicurezza."
Thanks!

property
If you are sure that these cespiti are real estate properties, then this should work. Otherwise asset or "property asset".
Note from asker:
Hi Jim, thanks, I was hoping someone would say this as I automatically wanted to use property but couldn't find any evidence to back it up. Just need some reassurance at this time of day! |

"cespite" can be used informally as a synonym for machinery in general (which are indeed capital assets).

Mr Murray (X)
: The Owner wants confirmation the Contractor is free from liens from their Suppliers - i.e. they've paid for all of the material, or chattel (moveable property). This is not for real estate or fixed assets. This is for items installed by the contract.
