Could you please tell me if I have translated accurately into English this difficult phrase in Spanish? I don't seem to understand the spanish sentence even if I read it over and over again.
Contra esta resolucion cabe recurso de REPOSICION ante este Juzgado, no obstante
lo cual, se llevara a efecto lo acordado. EI recurso debera interponerse por escrito en el plazo
de CINCO DiAS habiles contados desde el siguiente de la notificacion, con expresion de la
infraccion cometida a juicio del recurrente, sin cuyos requisitos no se admitira el recurso.
(articulo 224 de la LEC).

The appeal will be filed in writing within FIVE WORKING DAYS from the day of the service, stating the offence that in the opinion of the petitioner was committed. Without these requirements, the appeal will not be admitted (Article 224 of the Civil Procedure Act).

my take on the rest is: "The appeal must be filed in writing within FIVE WORKING DAYS from the day of the notification, stating the offence that was committed in the opinion of the petitioner. If these requirements are not fulfilled, the appeal shall not be admitted (Article 224 of the Civil Procedure Act).

I think "admissible" is the key word here, but there is a common use of "admissible and allowable" in similar cases.
