Strasznie mi przykro ale zwyczajnie nie rozumiem zdania, tzn, wiem o co chodzi ale jak to przedstawić w PL to już ZERO.

Kontekst jest następujący
Ktoś kradnie samochód i chce go wywieźć do PL na sprzedaż, zostaje złapany i oskarżony o kradzież i Handling Stolen Goods.

"He has been charged with stealing a BMW motor vehicle value £26,700 on the BLA BLA BLA 2006, and in the alternative with dishonestly handling stolen goods, that is the BMW motor vehicle.

(iii) The offence of Theft is an offence contrary to section 1 of the Theft Act 1968 and is punishable on conviction with a maximum of 7 years imprisonment. It may be tried either in the Magistrates’ Court, where the maximum term of imprisonment is limited to six months for one offence or the superior court, the Crown Court, which can impose longer sentences up to the maximum.
