РПУФБОПЧМЕОЙЕ

Russian to English Other Law (general)
йЪ РПУФБОПЧМЕОЙС ДЕМБ ЙЪЧЕУФОП, ЮФП 99.99.9999 ЗПДБ ДМС РТПИПЦДЕОЙС УХДЕВОП-НЕДЙГЙОУЛПК ЬЛУРЕТФЙЪЩ РПУФХРЙМБ ЗТ. иИИИИИБ У МЕЗЛЙНЙ ФЕМЕУОЩНЙ РПЧТЕЦДЕОЙСНЙ...

I thought РПУФБОПЧМЕОЙЕ meant decree, decision, but here it seems to be used as something like "report". Is that an accepted use? Also, РПУФХРЙМБ. Is this simply she "came" for forensic examination? I thought that verb was more used for inanimate objects, like letters.

Discussion

Non-ProZ.com May 22, 2005:
* For example, with Prima Vista's message, I had to use Windows to read the word "postanovlenyie", but K018-R to read the "note added at 25 minutes". What IS going on?
Non-ProZ.com May 22, 2005:
* I DO use Windows coding!!! Something strange seems to happen, turning my coding to K018-R. I do not understand it. The result is that I have to keep changing the coding to read some of the other messages.
Drunya May 22, 2005:
I'm not an expert in legal matters, but "postupat" is the most common way of saying that a patient was admitted to a hospital. There's no hospital here, but the verb works just as well.
GaryG May 22, 2005:
PLEASE use Windows-1251 coding!

From the case file it is known...

(to avoid РПУФБОПЧМЕОЙЕ and to retain meaning).
As for РПУФХРЙМБ, I would say "appeared before..." ( like bfore a notay public) since she obviously went there on her own will.

to Tatiana Neroni:

Your \"was admitted (to a hospital) for an (forensic) evaluation\" implies that she met certain \"admission criteria\" and could (against her request) not be admitted. But here is another case: she just arrived there for a service they could not deny. I hope this explains my logic.
