Source text - English The majority of sufferers of a misaligned Atlas don’t realise that their poor posture and common recurring ailments could be remedied with a simple and quick solution known as ‘Atlas realignment’.
The Atlas is the first cervical vertebrae (c1) of the spine. It’s name comes from the Atlas of Greek mythology as it supports the ‘globe’ of the head.
Along with the Axis which is the second cervical vertebrae (c2) the Atlas forms a joint which connects the skull and the spine.
The Atlas not only supports and cradles the skull controlling nodding and rotation but is also responsible for the body’s suspension and equilibrium.
A small displacement of the Atlas can result in lack of balance which can contribute to symptoms such as:-
Stiff neck
Back pain
headaches
migraine
scoliosis
Lumbago
Knee pain
Pain in the hips
Meniscus troubles
A change in body shape such as differences in leg length.

L’Atlas est la première vertèbre cervicale de la colonne vertébrale (C1). Elle a été nommée ainsi en référence au géant Atlas de la mythologie grecque, qui portait la voûte céleste sur ses épaules comme cette vertèbre porte la tête.
Avec l’Axis, la deuxième vertèbre cervicale (C2), l’Atlas forme une articulation qui relie le crâne à la colonne vertébrale.
Certes l’Atlas soutient le crâne contrôlant ainsi les mouvements de flexion/extension qui se produisent pour dire « oui » et les mouvements de rotation, mais l’Atlas assure aussi la suspension et l’équilibre de tout le corps.
Le moindre désalignement de l’Atlas peut avoir comme conséquence un déséquilibre, ce qui peut contribuer à des symptômes tels que :

You may have noticed from your records that my wife and I did not stay at your hotel.
The reason for this is that we had a very disturbing experience on the Sunday night/Monday morning when we arrived in the Saint Denis area at around 12.45am. We located the hotel fairly easily but could not see either the hotel car park nor anywhere to stop to offload our luggage. Eventually after driving around the block a couple of times, we stopped in a side street and I waited whilst my wife walked to the hotel to ask for directions. The desk clerk told her where the car park was in general terms and she returned to the car.
We started to follow the directions when a car in front turned into an underground car park with shutter doors in Rue Pines. Assuming this was the hotel car park we tried to follow, however the door closed too quickly. Whilst trying to talk to someone on the door intercom, another person offered assistance and used an electronic device to open the door. We then drove down the ramp and parked the car, got out and wandered around looking for the elevator to the hotel. Meanwhile another shutter door closed, separating us from our car and we started to hear/see two men trying to smash our car windows. My wife was screaming at them whilst I called the police but they could not understand where we were. Eventually the men gave up on the break-in and ran off up the ramp and we were able to open the shutter door.
By this stage we were too shaken up to even consider finding the hotel car park or remaining a minute longer in Saint Denis and chose to drive to Calais and home.
Whilst we cannot hold Accor Hotels responsible for criminal activity, we do believe that inadequate information about the parking was provided at the time of booking and by the staff at the hotel itself. The Saint Denis area is obviously not the safest part of Paris at 1.00am in the morning and feel we, as tourists, had been put in a very vulnerable position. As such, we would expect a full refund of the Euro 151 already paid.
We trust this matter will be dealt with fairly and promptly.

Vous avez probablement remarqué sur vos registres que ma femme et moi ne sommes pas restés à votre hôtel.
Nous avons en effet été victimes d’une expérience plutôt désagréable et perturbante dans la nuit du dimanche au lundi aux alentours de 12.45 lorsque nous sommes arrivés à Saint-Denis. Nous avons trouvé l’hôtel relativement facilement mais nous ne sommes pas parvenus à trouver le parking ni un endroit où s’arrêter pour laisser nos valises dans votre hôtel. Finalement, après avoir tourné autour du quartier plusieurs fois, je me suis arrêté dans une rue à côté de votre hôtel en attendant que ma femme demande les directions pour le parking à votre réceptionniste. Votre employé lui a dit où se trouver le parking « en gros » et elle est revenue me retrouver dans la voiture.
Nous avons commencé à suivre les directions lorsqu’une voiture devant nous a tourné dans un parking fermé par un volet roulant situé Rue Pines. Pensant que c’était le parking de l’hôtel nous avons essayé de les suivre, malheureusement la porte s’est refermée trop rapidement. Alors que nous essayions de parler avec quelqu’un via l’intercom, une autre personne nous a aidé en a utilisé sa télécommande pour nous ouvrir. Nous avons descendu la rampe d’accès et garé notre voiture puis nous avons cherché l’ascenseur de l’hôtel. Pendant ce temps un autre volet en fer roulant s’est abattu entre nous et notre voiture et nous avons entendu/vu deux hommes qui essayaient de casser les vitres de notre voiture. Ma femme s’est mise à leur hurler dessus pendant que je téléphonais à la police, laquelle n’est pas parvenue à comprendre où nous étions. Finalement, les hommes ont abandonné le cambriolage et sont sortis par la rampe d’accès en courant et nous avons enfin été capable de rouvrir le volet en fer.
Nous étions alors suffisamment secoués par les événements de la soirée et trouver le parking de l’hôtel ou même rester une minute de plus à Saint Denis étaient hors de question. Nous avons donc pris la décision de reprendre la route jusqu’à Calais et de rentrer chez nous.
Bien que nous ne puissions pas rendre les Hotels Accor responsables des activités criminelles que nous avons endurées, nous pensons cependant que nous n’avons pas reçu suffisamment d’informations lors de notre réservation et lors de notre entretien avec le personnel de l’hôtel quant à la situation géographique de votre parking. Le quartier de Saint-Denis n’est évidemment pas le quartier de Paris le plus sûr de Paris à 1.00 du matin et j’ai l’impression, qu’en tant que touristes, nous avons été mis dans une position très vulnérable. En tant que tel, nous espérons un remboursement total des 151 euros déjà payés.
Nous espérons que ce problème soit réglé favorablement et rapidement.
