Source text - Italian Ann e Raily camminano davanti a noi, mano nella mano. Ogni tanto Ann si stacca e si ferma a guardare qualche vetrina. Raily la raggiunge, allora Ann indica qualcosa e Raily annuisce. Via della Scrofa, l’Isola del Sole, il Pantheon. Si guardano in giro illuminate dal passato di Roma, da quelle facciate, da quelle chiese, rapite, curiose, ogni tanto indicano qualche monumento e ci dicono qualcosa in inglese. Ma credo che, anche se lo capissimo, non sapremmo rispondere a quelle domande. Ciccio invece sì. «Yes, in one thousand and four hundred...» Loro lo guardano perplesse «Are you sure?» «Yes, like Italian chocolate, is the best.» Allora capiscono che Ciccio è tutta una fregatura, scuotono la testa, sorridono e cercano le vere notizie sulla Lonely Planet. Prendiamo il gelato da Giolitti. Doppia panna, cioccolato e zabaione. Ciccio ci ha costretti tutti agli stessi gusti, una dittatura gustativa. Ann e Raily leccano il gelato a tutto spiano, camminano davanti a noi e non lasciano cadere neanche una goccia. Ciccio ha la mano completamente ricoperta dal cioccolato che si è sciolto, eppure vuole sottolineare la sua scelta. «Allora? What do you think about it? I’m in reason Italian’s chocolate is the best of the world?» Loro annuiscono leccando il cono. «Yes! Yes!» «Eh... yes yes. Come vorrei essere io quel cono!» «Ciccio, guarda che io sono convinto che ti capiscono.» «E va be’, anche se mi capiscono, che c’è di male? È un desiderio... dolce.» E continua a mangiare il suo gelato. Procediamo per via di Campo Marzio dopo Giolitti, passiamo per piazza del Parlamento, vicolo della Lupa, salutiamo alcuni amici di Ciccio seduti al Leoncino. «Qui si mangia bene la pizza.» «What?» Non capiscono. Sul serio. «Here the pizza is very good.» «Yeah... great.» «One day we have to try it...» Guardo Ciccio sorpreso. «Ma allora qualcosa sai...» «Sono tutte frasi di canzoni, solo quelle...» «Ah...» «Però fanno colpo! Anzi, in certi momenti essendo tutte frasi romantiche sono anche le più riuscite.»
Translation - Serbian En i Rajli hodaju ispred nas, ruku pod ruku. En se povremeno odvoji i staje da pogleda neki izlog. Rajli je stiže, onda En pokazuje nešto, a Rajli klima glavom. Ulica Dela Skrofa, Ostrvo Sunca, Panteon. Gledaju jedna drugu očarane prošlošću Rima, tim fasadama, crkvama, zanesene, radoznale, povremeno jedna drugoj pokažu neki spomenik i kažu nešto na engleskom. Ali mislim da, i kad bismo to razumeli, ne bismo znali da odgovorimo na ta pitanja.
Ćićo ipak zna. „Yes, in one thousand and four hundred...“
One ga gledaju potpuno zbunjene. „Are you sure?“
„Yes, like Italian chocolate, is the best.“
I tada shvataju da je Ćićo samo jedna prevara, odmahuju glavom, smeju se i traže prave informacije na Lonely Planet-u. Uzimamo sladoled kod „Đolitija“. Dupli šlag, čokolada i zabajone. Ćićo nas je sve naterao da uzmemo iste ukuse, čista diktatura ukusa. En i Rajli ližu sladoled sve u šesnaest, idu ispred nas i ne dopuštaju da im padne ma i jedna kapljica.
Ćićova ruka je potpuno prekrivena čokoladom koja se otopila, ali ipak želi da naglasi svoj izbor. „I, onda? What do you think about it? I’m in reason Italian’s chocolate is the best of the world ?“
One potrvrđuju dok ližu svoje sladolede. „Yes! Yes!“
„Hmm... yes, yes. Kako bih voleo da sam ja taj sladoled!“
„Ćićo, pazi, ja sam ubeđen da te one razumeju.“
„Pa dobro, i ako me razumeju, šta tu ima loše? To je samo moja želja... slatka.“
I nastavlja da jede svoj sladoled.
Nastavljamo Ulicom Marsovog polja posle „Đolitija“, prolazimo pored Skupštinskog trga, Vučicinog prolaza, javljamo se nekim Ćićovim drugarima koji sede „Kod Leončina“.
„Ovde se jede odlična pica.“
„What?“ Ne razumeju. Ali stvarno.
„Here the pizza is very good.“
„Yeah... great.“
„One day we have to try it...“
Gledam ga iznenađeno. „Ma ti ipak znaš ponešto...“
„To su sve reči iz pesama, samo to znam...“
„Aha...“
„Ali ipak deluju! Čak, u pojedinim momentima, pošto su u pitanju samo romantične fraze, ispadnu i najuspešnije.“
