Hello, my name is Christiane Ristau.

I was born and grew up in Germany, and have lived in the U.S for the last 30 years.
My Native language is German/ my second language is English. I am 100% fluent in both languages, and command a vast vocabulary in both German and English.

I have been translating and interpreting at an early age, and this has allowed me to meet some interesting people over the years. Most noteably, at age 16 I was asked to interpret for an Astronaut, who was visiting my home town.

Among my strenghts are accuracy, reliability, diligence and timeliness. I only accept projects which I am positive that I can finish at the requested deadline.
