Hello,

I completed a translation and delivered it "deliver/return". Did the agency receive it? How do we know? Now, when I click on deliver/return, a dialog box opens "the workflow status of the document you are trying to deliver is different from your role"

Thank you,
Gleyse

agencies require that you shall send an e-mail to the PM to inform him/her about the delivery. The dialog box text means that the document has been delivered and you have no need to worry. Enjoy a beautiful Sunday:)
