Hi,

I am having trouble deciding which plural form to use for a masculine noun in Arabic, which is not in a sentence.
Let me explain: when the noun is, for instance, the title of a tab in a website.

Let's say the English tab is called "Publishers". Without a grammatical context (the function of the word in a given sentence, for example), shall we use "الناشرين" or "الناشرون"?

لأن الأصل في الكلمات الرفع ما لم يتغير ذلك بسبب النوقع الإعرابي
